Booking, Canceling and Rescheduling…
After booking your appointment online, you will receive text message and/or email appointment confirmation at the time of booking & reminders 24 hours in advance. At this time you can make any necessary changes to your online booking.
You have full access to my schedule if ever you need to cancel or reschedule. Simply go to the link in your confirmation text!
Cancellation Policy
In order to serve all clients well, 24 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service booked. No call/no shows will be charged 100%. If you need to cancel and are within the 24 hour timeframe, please email me directly at stephaniewalkiewicz@gmail.com.
Before your visit
Before your first visit, I have a couple of digital forms for you to fill out! All new clients need to complete a Client Intake & Waiver, which can be found HERE. If you’re a new facial client, you may want to fill out this extended skincare consultation form. It will help me make product and treatment recommendations if you’re looking to make true improvements in your skin. (Acne Bootcamp clients can disregard this, you’ll get a separate email with forms specific to you.)

Your First Visit
Stephanie Walkiewicz Makeup & Skincare is located at 11925 Pearl Road in Strongsville, Ohio. The studio is on the 3rd floor of the Strongsville Professional Building. If you are coming from the north the building is a bit hard to see. When you see a sign for “The Towers at Falling Waters” pull in and you’ll see the office building.
When you get here, take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor. The numbers on the offices aren’t in order, but I’m in Suite 302. Usually you can smell the aromatherapy from the hallway!
Please try to arrive no more than 5 minutes early or late. If you arrive and I’m with a client, please enjoy a few quiet moments to relax on the couch and help yourself to the beverage station.

Earn points with every visit!
Points are awarded for purchases, reviews and referrals! Get 1 point for every $30 in services or retail purchases, 5 points for a social media review and 10 points when you refer a friend for services! Your card will stay safe in the studio so you don’t have to remember it each visit.
Get rewards for every 25 points!
Trade in your points for a gift card toward services! Every 25 points earns $25 in Beauty Bucks. Beauty Bucks expire 6 months after being issued, are only redeemable for studio services.
